Longueuil-sur-le-Parc is one of the firm's most recent undertakings. Once completed, this over 4 million square foot development will represent a total investment of about $550 million and will include more than 2,100 onsite housing units. 

To deliver a project in which each part is coherent with the whole, TMSA maintained control of all strategic aspects, from the initial planning stages right up to building construction.
